The Council for Responsible Nutrition is considering seeking a stay and reconsideration of a portion of FDA's structure/function claims final rule pertaining to well-recognized nutritional function statements for dietary supplements. The filing deadline for petitions seeking reconsideration and stay of the final rule is Feb. 7.
