This week could bring recommendations for marketing approval throughout the EU for several potentially important new medicines including Johnson & Johnson's first-in-class interleukin-23 inhibitor, Tremfya (guselkumab), for the treatment of plaque psoriasis, Roche's new multiple sclerosis treatment, Ocrevus (ocrelizumab), and Tesaro's PARP inhibitor, Zejula (niraparib), for the treatment of ovarian cancer.
