Pfizer Inc. has entered into a five-year corporate integrity agreement as part of a settlement with the Department of Justice to resolve claims it used a foundation as a conduit to fund the copays of Medicare patients taking three of its drugs in violation of the Anti-Kickback Statute and the False Claims Act.
