Inc./Bayer AG's soluble guanylate cyclase stimulator vericiguat and Amgen Inc.'s novel inotropic molecule omecamtiv mecarbil, both in Phase III, are each projected to bring in over $1bn in chronic heart failure drug sales in major markets in 2026, accounting for more than one-fifth of total revenue for that year, according to a new pipeline review from Datamonitor Healthcare.
