With GlaxoSmithKline PLC's $5.1bn acquisition of Tesaro Inc. completed Jan. 22, the company's fourth quarter earnings call Feb. 6 will be the first opportunity management has had to talk publicly to investors since the deal closed. Investors and Tesaro employees will be interested in more information about the integration as well as the development plan for the PARP inhibitor Zejula (niraparib) and the other pipeline drugs that were acquired.
