MoonLake of Switzerland is heading to the NASDAQ armed with $230m to take its tri-specific IL17A/IL-17F nanobody sonelokimab, acquired from Merck KGaA, into the highly competitive spaces of psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and hidradenitis suppurativa.

MoonLake Immunotherapeutics AG is the latest biotech to take the special purpose acquisition companies (SPAC) path to go public and raise cash to develop sonelokimab which the Swiss group believes will outperform Novartis AG's immunology blockbuster Cosentyx and compete with a similar drug, UCB S.A.'s recently-approved Bimzelx.
