LAG525 – targets the LAG-3 pathway and is currently in Phase I/II for multiple solid tumors. The company also intends to test the drug in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), renal cell carcinoma and melanoma.

PDR001 – a PD-1 inhibitor that is being tested in both Phase I and II trials for multiple solid tumors including melanoma, NSCLC and triple-negative breast cancer.

MBG453 – an anti-TIM3 monoclonal antibody is currently being test in Phase I/II trials as a monotherapy and in combination with PDR001 for advanced malignancies, like melanoma, NSCLC and renal cell carcinoma.

MCS110 – currently in Phase II, the immunomodulatory agent is specific to colony-stimulating factor (CSF)-1. The drug is being tested as a single agent and in combination with the chemotherapies carboplatin and gemcitabine.

NIZ985 – an IL-15 agonist that is currently in Phase I.

NIR178 – a small molecule adenosine receptor antagonist currently in Phase I.
