Intepirdine is in Phase III testing for Alzheimer's disease, and nelotanserin is in Phase II development for visual hallucinations in Lewy Body Dementia and REM Sleep Behavior Disorder in DLB. CEO is David Hung, the former CEO of Medivation.

Myovant: Publicly-traded women's health specialist. Relugolix is in Phase III testing for heavy menstrual bleeding associated with uterine fibroids and in women with endometriosis-associated pain. CEO is Lynn Seely, the former chief medical officer of Medivation.

Enzyvant: Privately-held rare disease specialist. One drug is nearing BLA filing, RVT-802 for immune deficiency resulting from the pediatric rare disease complete du George's Syndrome, which only affects about 10-20 children in the US. CEO is Alvin Shih, formerly head of R&D at Retrophin.

Dermavant: Privately-held medical dermatology company. Lead asset is RVT-501, a a topical phosphodiesterase-4 inhibitor in Phase II clinical testing for mild-to-moderate atopic dermatitis. Two other drugs in earlier development are RVT-502, also known as cerdulatinib, a dual spleen tyrosine kinase (Syk) and janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor in development as a topical formulation for various skin conditions, and RVT-201, a caspase-1 inhibitor. CEO is Jackie Fouse, formerly president of Celgene.

Urovant: Privately-held urology specialist and the newest addition to the Roivant portfolio. Vibegron is the lead asset, a Phase III ready oral beta3-adrenergic agonist in development for the treatment of overactive bladder. CEO search is underway.
